RESEARCH INTERESTS
I have broad interest in Health Promotion, particularly in health behavior decisions and attitude measurement. Specifically I am interested in the measurement of attitudes as a predictor of behavior. I have developed worksite safety climate and health climate instruments in English and translated them into Spanish.
CURRENT RESEARCH
Currently I have developed a worksite health climate instrument that is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior constructs.
