The College
of Education awards scholarships at both the
departmental and college
levels each year. As the scholarship selection process
can be very competitive,
students should follow all application instructions
carefully.
All
scholarship applicants must be officially
admitted ("programmed") to an
undergraduate or graduate program within the College of
Education.

Prepare one application packet consisting of:

Application Form

Copy of Program Sheet (undergraduate) or Planned Program Sheet (graduate)
Essay: one-page, double-spaced
essay
describing your need for financial
assistance, FAU activities, educational
aspirations and career goals in the field of
education.
Letter of Recommendation from
FAU faculty member.
Unofficial
Copy of Transcript
Additional Materials: Some awards
require additional materials and
documentation. These will be listed
with the individual scholarship. If
not additional materials are listed, do not
submit anything extra.

Submit your complete application packet
to the College of Education Office
of Academic and Student Services.
All packets must be received by the
established deadline. Incomplete packets will not be considered.
