PSYCHOLOGY SPECIALIZATION
Admission Requirements: To be admitted to the Master’s Degree in Social Foundations
of Education program, the student must complete the graduate application
and provide documentation that they:

have
a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university;
-
have
GRE (Graduate Record Examination) scores on file at FAU;
-
have a 2.5, or better, on the last 60 semester hours of undergraduate
work prior to the granting of the bachelor’s degree and a score
of 1000, or better, on the general section of the Graduate Record
Examination (quantitative and verbal combined–not analytical), OR
have a 3.0, or better, on the last 60 semester hours of undergraduate
work prior to the granting of the bachelor’s degree and a score
of 800, or better, on the general section of the Graduate Record
Examination (quantitative and verbal combined–not analytical);
-
have been admitted by the
Department of Teacher Education.
