The Teaching and Leadership Center dedicates its efforts to the development and design of programs to enhance the pool of quality teachers and administrators. The programs provide teachers with varied designs of professional development and college coursework to produce quality teachers and to improve teaching strategies with technology integration into the curriculum.

The programs are accomplished through strong partnerships established through the Broward County Educational Consortium and the efforts made to secure local, state and federal grant dollars to assist in supporting programs to develop teachers and leaders.
