Educator Certification Program (ECP) The program supports 75 teachers in the last year of their temporary certificate validity period. The programs consist of the five professional preparation courses, State General Knowledge and Subject Area Examination preparation, and professional development in classroom management and content teaching strategies delivered in Davie, and at Broward schools & district sites. Candidates may complete the program in one year. |

Blended model of online and professional development courses of study It is based on the demonstration of the twelve Florida Educator Accomplished Practices. The individual must be hired as a full-time Broward County teacher. HRD delivers General Knowledge Examination preparation and assigns a retired teacher coach to each of the ACE participants. |
